Troubleshooting leaks

Hello, I just brewed a small batch wine. It seems the drill bit from manufacturing blew out the back of the glass a bit, which makes getting a good, leak free, seal challenging. I finally got it to work but it took a lot of trial and error. Any tips/ do you sell larger gaskets? Worked great once I ensured it wasn’t leaking and racking into the secondary was super easy and convenient. Cleaning and sanitizing was also incredibly easy. Thank you.

Ok, but will probably go without the tap next time

Make sure you tighten the spigot fully, and rest with water before you brew, or it’ll leak. The lid also feels kind of cheap, and isn’t easy to tighten / take off, especially if your hands are wet. The stopper they sell for it fits, but it’s hard to tell that it’s solid … all in all, it works, but would prefer a sturdier lid, and will probably go with the version that doesn’t have a spigot next time.

Great fermentor with a few issues

The Little Big mouth bubble is good, but it has a few issues. The spigot does not come attached. I can understand that, I've ordered a few fermentors with spigots and none came attached. The problem is the hole for the spigot had cracks around it. I put the spigot on and it leaked. A lot. I ended up finding some food safe silicon which I added around the hole and in between the washers which fixed the issue. Seeing the cracks though, I don't 100% trust this thing. If I order another little big mouth bubbler, it will be just the jar and not with the spigot.

Worked As Expected

Worked great, the wide mouth makes cleaning it a breeze and helps keep the foam from pushing out the airlock since it has plenty of headspace. Only downside is the lid got stuck on the second batch and the glass cracked when trying to unscrew the lid. Fortunately it was after I had taken the beer out, so all I lost was the fermenter.
