Product details

Whisk yourself off to a tropical island with a glowing pint of this delicious IPA.

Dazzling aromas of mango, pineapple, papaya, and grapefruit dominate the nose of this beer, showcased by its everlasting luminous white foam head. Packed with premium ingredients, this recipe kit yields a luminous, light orange ale that shines with subtle notes of fresh bread and warm biscuits, thanks to a substantial malt bill. Also evident is just enough sweet malt radiance to perfectly balance the vivid hop flavor and slowly fading bitterness.

Kick back, bask in the sun to enjoy this radiantly exquisite ale.
Brewing Notes:

  • Style: Double IPA
  • Fermentation Range: 60 - 73 F

Wow!

This beer turned out absolutely fantastic! I had to add 1/2 gallon of water at the end to bring my volume up, which dropped my gravity to 1.070. Pitched 2 packs of US-05 and fermented at 66 degrees. It was the best beer I've made to date, and I've been brewing since 2008. This one won't last long.
