My Swig of Sunbeam…

The ingredients and precise recipe and procedure for brewing this batch made it a true clone. Compared to Sip O Sunshine, you wouldn’t know this was home brewed. I had perfect results.

Just made another 10 gallons and it is about two weeks from bottling. The prior 10 gallons was a great hit with friends and family, hence, why I needed to make another batch. When I was placing the batches into thee secondary, the samples were superior tasting already. You have a great recipe and was easy to follow. You will make many friends if you are wiling to share!

Perfect for me

Love this stuff so much I may just have to keep one keg on hand. It has all the hops of an IPA, but with enough other flavors to balance it out. It is the best beer of the many I have brewed. I have it on tap alongside Pliney and it is by far my first choice. If you find the other IPAs too bitter and hoppy, give this one a try.

My last order

Still fermenting so I haven’t tried it yet. Beer supplies have gotten too expensive so it will likely be my last purchase. Cheers
