Very Tasty!

This was my first all-grain brew. I did a 1 step 90 minute BIAB mash with just over 7 gallons of water. Pitched @70F with Voss Kveik. The tangerine peel required a bit more vodka than the directions stated. Tossed in the tangerine peel on day 5, then left in primary for 3 more weeks while waiting for keg space. Kegged and force carbonated @30psi for about 4 days and it was ready to drink! Very smooth, slightly malty with subdued hop bitterness and just a hint of tangerine. The orangy esters from the Voss definitely compliment the tangerine. I would highly recommend brewing this with Voss and just not worrying about temp control ( one less thing, right?? ). A crushable pale that I would brew again!

Not as hoppy or fruity as I expected

Tangerine Ravine

Just kegged this beer and hit all the numbers per the recipe. I think it is going to be very good, but gave it a 4 as it has not fully carbonated or aged enough, really.
It has just a bit of a hit of sour at the finish. After some time I think it will be a 5.

Hint of tangerine, light and crisp

This is not a fruit beer. If you want sweet, look elsewhere.
This is a crisp pale ale with a hint of citrus. Easy drinking, light, and refreshing.
