Awesome stuff!
Used a dose of this on a batch of hard cider, sweetened with about 3 pounds of honey. Final product was wonderfully amber colored and very clear - No haze at all. Great for cider! I have a batch of honey mead started, I will use a dose on this as well. Looking forward to tasting this in the fall!

Super Kleer Finings
Works better than any other clarifier I know. Better than Bentonite clay or anything else.

Not much improvement
I used this product in two batches I had in secondary. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high but I was disappointed with the results. I expected commercialesque clarity but my beers are still noticeably hazy. I'm going to give whirfloc a try and possibly another clearing product and will see how they all compare.

NB Rocks!
Works fairly fast and good. Received my order and had small problem. Phone call to NB and replacement sent in about 4 days, along with a free beer glass. Now, that is customer service with a 5 star rating. Can't wait to place another quickly enough.

Excellent, would recommend!
I've used it with 3 batches now and all of them have cleared up excellently! I'll be using this on every brew I make.

works great
I have used super kleer on ciders and mends with great results. Even when splitting one pack between a few small batch meads(1gallon) i still saw almost immediate results. I want able to stir the finigs in due to not wanting to disturb some sediment but just using a dropper i was able to see a definate clear/hazy line a the finings worked their way down. Great product.

Wonderful fining product
Handling both positive and negatively charged items in the wine makes this a great product. I use it exactly as the instructions tell you to and it always clears wonderfully.

Can this product be used with hard cider? If so, at what point should it be added to the batch?
A shopper on Jul 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I see no reason that this product would assist in clearing hard cider. the product works on establishing positive and negative charges on particle in the liquid ad causes them to fall out of solution. I would wait until fermentation is complete and first rack of off gross lees completed.
Can I use this immediately after cold crashing? Is it temperature sensitive to any degree?
Gary G on Apr 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I would suggest using before cold crashing to insure the wine is clear of all sediments. it is best used at room temp of 70deg.
Is it a bad idea to use this when bottle conditioning? Will this product clear out all the yeast also?
A shopper on Jul 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This will remove yeast, so if you want to use it and then bottle condition you need to add more yeast.
My beer finishes its 2 week fermentation this week, however I was going to let it go one more week since I am going away. Should I add the Super Kleer this weekend before going away? or wait until I come back? Will it do any harm to the finishing stage of fermentation leaving the Super Kleer in longer?
T Z on Jul 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It would not hurt to leave the clarifier in longer, though you may want to add it later to allow the yeast to finish up in the beer.
