Excellent beer
Really good tasting beer. Tangerine taste is very much in background, not overpowering. I soaked my peels in Sake then out in muslin back into secondary for three days.

Should I add the tangerine peel directly into secondary or should I put it into a muslin bag so I can remove it easily when completed?

What advanced equipment is needed ?
A shopper on Jan 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: All grain equipment: large enough kettle to do a 7-8 gal boil or 2 5 gal kettles for split boil; 5gal mash tun to hold grain and water. Can do this as a BIAB as well.
Can this recipe be done in BIAB?
A shopper on Mar 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I personally would not, ive never done BIAB. I use the 10gal mash cooler setup. That’s what u really need for the advanced kits. If u don’t have that just go with the other kit (partial grain / extract )
