Moscato Wine Kit - Master Vintner Winemaker's Reserve
Ready to savor the taste of success? Master Vintner Moscato is a soft, luscious wine, with a rounded finish of tropical and stone fruit that begs for another sip. And it's yours for the making with the Master Vintner Moscato Wine Recipe Kit.
Packed with the freshest winemaking ingredients, this foolproof recipe kit crafts six gallons of vibrant, hand-crafted white wine, with aromas of dried fruit, pineapple, white grape, and lychee--it's a virtual fruit salad in a glass!
The fruit in this wine demands to be complemented and challenged. Pairing with melon wrapped in prosciutto works on two levels: the melon showcases the acidity behind the lush fruit, and the sweetly savory prosciutto highlights the perfumed fruity sweet notes. Scallops sauteed in butter do the same, playing on the themes of acid and fruit. And peach slices, slid into individual glasses, topped with Moscato and chilled for an hour are a fabulous treat, especially with Danish blue cheese on the side.
Serve quite cool (45-50 ºF) for a refreshing and zesty experience, or use as a base for white Sangria for a real crowd pleaser.

Have used this mix before with excellent results. But I age it at least a year.
Once again, the kit doesn't have a flavor kit. Moscato does require an F kit. Now I have to purchase more juice. Not a fan of this brand of wine kits.
Bottles slightly on the dry side. Not very sweet. Still turned out amazing and tasty!
We are experienced makers of a few other brands of wine kits, and have made multiple batches of another brand of Moscato, which has been very popular.
This brand, however, made a fairly dry, strong tasting wine that we can't tolerate. We've tried experimenting with adding a simple syrup at a percentage of 1-3% to a few bottles to make it palatable, and have also tried adding a touch of natural fruit wine flavoring to it, a glass at a time, but still dislike it greatly due to it's strong flavor. We will not buy this again!
Made a great moscato. Just tasted and kegged. Great quality and was very easy for my first time with wine.
