Bitter Orange Peel 1 oz.
Dried bitter orange peel gives a citrusy, herbal aroma commonly used in Belgian Witbier, Grand Crus and other light-colored styles. Use a larger amount for a noticeable orange flavor/aroma, or a smaller amount for a more delicate suggestion. Works well with classic European hops as well, or in English summer ale.
How to use Bitter Orange Peel?
To add a citrus punch to your home brew add at least 1 once during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil.

I used 2oz in the boil and 2oz in the secondary for my Belgian wit. It added just the right amount of bite I was looking for.
