Pilsen Malt - Briess - 50 lb. Sack

1.2° L. A classic American Pilsen malt with a very smooth, clean flavor. Use in lagers or, for a change, try it in pale ales and IPAs, especially when a very light colored beer is desired. This malt is slightly under-modified - it still works with a single infusion mash, but for those interested in going the extra mile, it's a great candidate for a decoction mash schedule as well.
