Caribou Brown drinkable, but much better when tweaked.

As-is, after many batches, this 1 Gallon beer is really light in flavor and body. Tickle your tongue and nose with satisfying roastiness/chocolate by doubling the steeping grains. For increasing the body without tweaking flavor, throw in a relatively small amount of crushed, neutral-flavor grains like Carapils or equivalent.
