Good malt

I used this in my Nut Brown Ale. 4 % of the grain bill. It gave a nice addition to the color and overall taste.

Always reliable

NB Grains are always good and reliable. I have never had a problem with them. The English Brown is in the fermentor now bubbling away!

Nothing like Crisp for the 500th

Truth be told, you can't go wrong with Crisp malt. I have reached the distinguished mark of my 500th batch of homebrew (started in 1993). The occasion called for something special, and I used nothing but Crisp (including the Heritage Chevalier malt they make) for a first run barley wine. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
