House is clean and allows either malt and hops to shine. This strain is extremely adaptable and flocculent enough to drop out of the beer quickly. Best used in American IPAs but works well in English style ales. House produces clean,crisp finish at cold temperatures with increased esters if fermentation occurs at the top of its temperature range.
