Originating from the southern Czech Republic, this yeast enhances traditional pilsners and European lagers with a clean fermentation character, allowing both malt and hop nuances to shine. The strain creates a well-structured body while maintaining a smooth, rounded hop bitterness. Low diacetyl production ensures a clean fermentation and an effortless conditioning process.
