Lemondrop™ is a vibrant American aroma hop, bred by Hopsteiner and released in 2012 as Experimental #01210. A cross between Cascade and USDA 19058 male, Lemondrop offers a unique blend of lemon-citrus, mint, green tea, and subtle melon flavors. Its bright and zesty profile makes it an excellent choice for late kettle additions and dry hopping in a variety of beer styles.
