This is the first time I've used liquid yeast. Probably the last. Per the pack, it could take 3 days or so after refrigeration to be ready- too big a window to fit brew day into other chores, etc. And how swollen should the pack get? It bubbled in moderately in fermenter for a couple of days. I'm hoping that after secondary fermentation/aging the sugars will be converted. I got the Alpha part over, and am hoping the Omega end will be good.
