Omega Yeast OYL-015 Scottish Ale (2 pack)

This is the first time I've used liquid yeast. Probably the last. Per the pack, it could take 3 days or so after refrigeration to be ready- too big a window to fit brew day into other chores, etc. And how swollen should the pack get? It bubbled in moderately in fermenter for a couple of days. I'm hoping that after secondary fermentation/aging the sugars will be converted. I got the Alpha part over, and am hoping the Omega end will be good.

It won't be done until sep but I tasted it when racking to secondary and it seemed ready to go then and tasted delicious!

Scottish Wee Heavy is still sitting in secondary ( for another month) so can't comment on it or the Scottish Ale Yeast Pack that went into it)…having just come back from Scotland, where this stuff is on tap any pub, am looking forward to it...will say yeast was lively… had set up air lock with a blow off into a jug of water (like doing that because I can hear activity) and that thing thumped every few seconds until it finally finished after a week
