The yeast served me well. They ate. They produced alcohol. Their service will not be forgotten

Every time I have used this I have had excellent results. I few times within the first 24 hrs. The fermentation was very aggressive and I needed to use the blow off tubing. It was aggressive enough that I was worried it might stress the yeast. But within the next 24 hrs. it would settle down to a steady rate and the attenuation has been excellent.

Simple and easy to use with great end results.
