Safbrew BE-256 Dry Brewing Yeast (2 pack)

Threw two dry packs in my quad wort, making sure it was well oxygenated, and those little buggers went to town. Have never had yeast start the attack this quickly. Expecting an incredible end result, after a six month secondary.
