Great product that worked as expected. I thought it could have had more paper instructions with it, but overall I was able to go online and watch how it worked. I was also able to get ahold of Northern and ask any questions. I simply believe that most products Northern Brewing sells have great results because they take care of their customers no matter what. And there are few businesses still performing at the level of customer satisfaction that they are.
