Wine Tannin will improve the flavor of a dull wine. Tannin can be used with white wines that have not been exposed to oak to add astringency. Wine tannin can also add an earthy flavor to red wines. Use in conjunction with gelatin or isinglass for later fining as well.
I always add some to my wine to give it a little more body and mouth feel.
A very small amout added brightness to taste. Simular to salt on a good steak.
The product was delivered quickly. The product was clearly labelled and easy to use. I have not tasted the wine I have made because it is still ageing. I have never been let down by a product from northern brewer so I assume it is going to work just fine.
