The WLP400 attenuated wonderfully (1.008) and gave a dry fruity finish to my Blue Moon Clone. Of course I did everything to promote yeast health like made a starter, oxygenated, and yeast nutrient all at 65 - 68 degrees.

Worked perfectly for my Hoegaarden Clone

This yeast worked perfectly for my Hoegaarden clone from Brewfather. It was a bit slow to start, which concerned me; then off to the races. Really good stuff.

Worked for my Witbier

My Witbier came out just like it should. I pitched the yeast straight from the pouch without making a starter. There were visible signs of fermentation within 12 hours. FG was lower than expected, but it did ferment at 70 F so that may be why. The beer came out great though.
