Medium Universal Stopper - Drilled

Fits my PET carboys that have a 42mm opening perfect, pushes about half way in to make nice snug seal.

I have picked up in the past large stoppers thinking these were right .your mediums I expected to be proper size there are large and if you treat should give a dimension

Works fine with Bubbler. No issues. Easy to clean as well.

I think this will work well for me - I have two beers going into Bubbler secondary this week, so I will get a good chance to see if there is a problem with the rather stiff nature of the rubber.

I used these on a plastic water jug. They seemed to be as described. I wouldn't mind a softer durometer to help seal and stay in place a little better but since i didn't use the recommended bottle i can't complain much.

Like these much better than the solid stoppers.

Best option for a better bottle. If you go with the one piece airlock snip off the bottom of it so it doesn't get plugged up with krausen gunk. Fits perfect, and I don't really know how you would have a problem with it. Sure it will pop out but should you have been using a blowoff tube with your wyeast 3068, yes. Everyone knows better bottles flex so don't be an inept fool, and it will work great. Products work well if you use them as they should. Cars don't work to well on the left side of the road, better bottle bungs don't work well if you don't think.

I'm not sure what the exact problems other people are having, but I used these on all my better bottles and they make such a better seal than anything else.

I've used these on 30 or so batches... and they have worked fine for me. The only thing to remember is to put your airlock in after you have your carboy in place. The flex of the bottle allows the bottle to "breathe in" when picked up and sucks in your airlock liquid. I've used star san and they were a little slippery but still worked fine. I've had better luck boiling them and placing them on.

This is what was included with the 6 gallon better bottle I ordered, and it didn't work at all. It may fit the bottle, but it certainly doesn't seal- as fermentation started it began to slide out and would refuse to seal properly. I had to remove it and replace with a rubber stopper- this plastic material is no good. Not recommended at all!
