Kombucha Ingredients

• SCOBY 
• Loose-leaf tea (about 2 Tbsp / gallon)
• Raw cane sugar (1 cup / gallon)

Kombucha Equipment

• Fermenting Vessel (preferably with Spigot)
• Funnel
• Butter muslin & Rubber band
• Adhesive thermometer
• Tea ball
• pH strips & Testing pipette

Common Household Items needed:

• Small kitchen pot & Stirring utensil
• Scissors
• Ladle - if fermenting vessel doesn’t have a spigot
• 1 Tbsp. measuring spoon
• 1 cup measuring cup
