Mixed order

The order included a number of different items to get my Kolsch going, good prices, quick service. They didn't have the Spalt hops, but since I got notification, that did not delay me.

Nice yeast, low flocculation

I recently used this yeast to make a wonderful kolsch and was extremely pleased. So pleased, in fact, that I repitched into a dunkel style beer. It definitely doesn't floc out as quickly as I am used to with other yeast strains though.
