Semi sweet with very light pleasent apple after taste

Carbonated Wine Cooler

A very nice wine cooler. I added 2# sugar to end at about 8.5%, and served carbonated in a keg. Made for a nice shandy in a hefe as well. This is a tad sweeter than another kit I had last year called Cranberry Craze, which was more cranberry like and red instead of “white,” like this one. Both were very good.
