I always use German Pils malt for my Hefeweisens. I like the flavor it gives, and it also makes a great Munich Helles…. Brewdog333
Worked real well with the "Helles" under construction now. Smells and looks great. Can't wait to try this?
I used it to brew a Helles. The beer turned out great! The grain was fresh and great to work with. I would purchase again.
I like the malt, but wish I could buy in 1/4 or 1/2 lb increments...
This malt worked well in our wheat beer.
