Sehr Bayerisch

a great option when creating malt-driven bavarian beers. i wish this yeast was year-round; however, the 833 and 820 are also great. any bavarian style lager will benefit from its use although i think it works best w/ a Kellerbier. i would stay away from crafting North German/Germanic lagers such as Pils and Baltic Porter as it is a very malt-driven yeast. if one wishes to suppress its estery side; just ferment a bit lower than recommended.

Thanks for the review!
